• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP PP-PI
• Strong expertise in PI Sheet, XSteps, Variant Configuration, BOM / Recipe management
• Hands-on experience in Production planning (Demand Management, Planning Strategies) and Shop Floor Control
• Knowledge of SAP–MES integration
• Proven project experience (implementations and/or rollouts)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to conduct workshops with business users
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience in process industries (e.g., FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals)
• S/4HANA experience
• International project exposure

• Configure and enhance SAP PP-PI solutions including PI Sheet, XSteps, Recipes, and BOM management
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes such as Shop Floor Control, Demand Management, and Planning Strategies
• Support and develop Variant Configuration
• Drive and support SAP–MES integrations
• Participate in business workshops and gather requirements
• Collaborate with global IT and business stakeholders
• Support system implementations and rollout activities
• Prepare and maintain process and solution documentation
