IT Delivery Supervisor

The KPMG CEE OneIT Delivery and IT Portfolio department is a crucial part of KPMG IT organization impacting IT solutions delivery for KPMG in Poland and the entire CEE region. • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT departments or IT service delivery environments
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working effectively in an international environment with both internal and external stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of Agile and ITIL methodologies (certifications will be considered an asset)
• English and Polish proficiency at C1 level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster an effective working environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in business development, solution development, project management, and project delivery
• PMP, Certified Business Analyst and/or ScrumMaster certification

• Manage and execute multiple projects or initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget
• Define deliverables, objectives, constraints, and assumptions throughout the full lifecycle of IT projects and programmes
• Plan and reprioritise tasks and timelines in response to changing business requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and advisory services to internal clients
• Identify and implement process improvements using innovative and creative approaches
• Analyze available options and recommend appropriate solutions supported by clear rationale and justification
• Build and maintain effective relationships with client groups and stakeholders
• Develop expertise in IT Service Delivery and maintenance within the assigned area of specialization
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the development of internal knowledge resources
• Take ownership of project scope and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of outcomes
• Proactively communicate risks and issues to leaders and stakeholders when appropriate
• Conduct project reviews and identify lessons learned to improve future delivery quality and planning effectiveness
• Act in line with organizational values and ethical standards, and speak up when observing conduct inconsistent with those principles
