Junior Business Analyst

AVENGA is hiring a Junior Business Analyst to work on a banking industry project focused on complaint handling process optimization.

• Minimum one year of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
• Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders
• High-level analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in complaints, customer service, or operational processes is a plus

• Analyze and optimize complaint handling processes
• Identify business needs and model processes
• Define requirements for system and operational solutions
