AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448) is a company operating in the payment card sector, located in Warsaw, Poland.

• Very good knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
• Ability to analyze and model business processes
• Knowledge and experience in user requirements analysis, system development, implementation, and testing of new functionalities and changes
• Experience working in the payment card sector
• Experience in data/system migration projects
• Knowledge of tools for simulating card transactions (MAS, VTS)
• Communication, interpersonal, consulting, and analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to ensure high accuracy
• Logical and critical thinking skills
• English language proficiency enabling work in English

• Analyze and agree on business requirements in the payment card area
• Collaborate with payment organizations Visa and MasterCard
• Create functional requirement specifications
• Map existing processes and prepare proposals for their modification
• Participate in the implementation of new systems and updates to existing systems
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate and execute tests

Work is hybrid with 2 days per week in the Warsaw office.
