• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst
• Ability to model processes using BPMN, UML, or similar
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders
• High-level analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in financial, insurance, or banking sectors
• Process and business thinking
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Independence and proactivity
• Ability to work in a dynamic and project environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in complaints, customer service, or operational processes

• Analyze and optimize complaint handling processes
• Identify business needs and model processes (AS-IS, TO-BE)
