• Extensive experience in designing architecture for banking or payment systems
• Strong knowledge of card system architecture in Issuing, Acquiring, and Clearing & Settlement
• Experience designing high availability (HA) and high-performance systems processing 24/7 transactions
• Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard payment organization architectures
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 standard and modern payment APIs
• Experience designing integration architectures based on REST API, SOAP, MQ, and Event-Driven Architecture
• Knowledge of architectural patterns: Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven, CQRS
• Ability to design solutions meeting security, scalability, and reliability requirements
• Understanding of HSM, card cryptography, EMV, and tokenization
• Skills in modeling architecture using Enterprise Architect, ArchiMate, and UML
• Knowledge of cloud and container environments
• Ability to conduct technical analyses and make architectural decisions
• Communication skills with business and technical stakeholders

• Experience in card processor migration projects
• Experience in transforming monolithic to microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Visiona, Way4, Base24, Postilion, PowerCARD, VisionPLUS, TSYS, or other card platforms
• Experience in Visa and Mastercard Certification projects
• Knowledge of tokenization architectures (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay)
• Experience in Open Banking and Embedded Finance projects
• Certifications in TOGAF, ArchiMate, AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in financial or payment sectors

• Defining architecture for Issuing, Acquiring, Clearing & Settlement areas
• Designing integration architecture between card systems, central bank systems, and payment organizations
• Developing architectural standards for card solutions
• Defining non-functional requirements for availability, performance, security, and scalability
• Supervising project compliance with corporate architecture
• Supporting project, analysis, and development teams in architectural decisions
• Designing modernization and development strategies for card platforms
• Analyzing business change impacts on system architecture
• Participating in technology, component, and vendor selection
• Designing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity architectures for critical systems
• Identifying architectural risks and defining mitigation actions
• Participating in architecture reviews and Architecture Review Board
• Collaborating with payment organizations, card processor vendors, and technology partners
• Creating and maintaining architectural documentation
• Mentoring architecture specialists, analysts, and development teams
