Senior Cyber Security Engineer

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience in Cyber Security.
• Experience with Saviynt or SailPoint is a must.

• Define how the IGA platform will handle complex global requirements, including multi-tenant or multi-region deployments, localized data residency laws, and diverse business units.
• Lead the definition of global Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
• Architect the onboarding strategy for thousands of applications, including standards for connecting authoritative sources and downstream systems.
• Ensure the IAM solution maps directly to corporate risk frameworks, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements, and external audit standards.
• Establish DevOps practices for IAM deployment such as CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and environment promotion from development to production.
• Manage heavy customization, custom rules, and complex workflows if using SailPoint.
• Configure robust native analytics, built-in GRC features, and manage cloud-native, configuration-first architecture if using Saviynt.
