Senior Software Engineer II (Golang, Fulfillment)

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience building software for high-traffic production environments.
• High proficiency in Golang; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is ideal.
• Experience integrating AI into development workflows.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable software.
• Solid command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Enjoys solving problems without clear answers.
• Willingness to work with PHP if required.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Mentoring mindset with experience in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

• Take extreme ownership of features and fixes, ensuring outcomes beyond just closing tickets.
• Navigate and solve complex, high-stakes system puzzles requiring creative thinking.
• Be flexible to support frontend or infrastructure issues as needed.
• Leverage AI tools daily to enhance development speed and quality.
• Provide technical leadership to guide smart decisions and manage technical debt.
