• Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with Service Desk (ITSM)
• Practical configuration of workflows and processes
• Basic programming knowledge in Groovy
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix
• Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience in system integrations and Atlassian extensions configuration
• Knowledge of Atlassian application architecture (plugins, SDK, configurations)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools
• Experience in the banking sector or regulated environments
• Awareness of Capex/Opex concepts at a project level
• Experience with reporting/operational data (e.g., Tempo)

• Administration and maintenance of Atlassian platforms: Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, and Great Service Desk
• Configuration of workflows, processes, project schemes, requests, screens, validations, and automation
• User permissions management and system monitoring
• Installation, updating, and maintenance of plugins/add-ons
• Development and customization of Atlassian solutions including Groovy scripting (ScriptRunner)
• Integration of platforms with external systems
• Backend support and administration of Unix/Linux and PostgreSQL environments
• Collaboration with technical teams and infrastructure
• Business requirements analysis and translation into technical solutions within the Atlassian environment
