People Operations at Google aims to revolutionize human resources by finding, growing, and retaining talent. The role involves advocating Google's culture and values, partnering with business leaders to base people decisions on data, and managing employee relations and development programs. The Head of HR sets country-specific HR strategy, drives the people agenda aligned with local business priorities, manages union partnerships, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a high-performing in-country HR team.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
• 5 years of experience managing an HR team.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Polish to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an understanding of how to communicate change.

• Work with partners across multiple organizations within highest complexity portfolios to share insights to leadership teams.
• Serve as the Country HR leader driving the people agenda and enabling and empowering business priorities within your market.
• Lead our partnerships with employee representatives and unions.
• Lead our unified in-country HR team to enable and deliver a seamless, user-centric employee experience.
• Grow and develop a high performing team.
• Cultivate a vibrant Google culture and a highly motivated community across the market.
