Power Platform Developer

The solutions range from on-premises to cloud applications in the areas of modern workplace and security, business applications, applications and infrastructure as well as data and artificial intelligence.

• A university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a related field.
• Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Flows), Dataverse and data modeling.
• Experience deploying and managing Power Platform solutions across multiple environments.
• Good understanding of ALM / CI-CD processes in Power Platform.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, including APIs, custom connectors, Logic Apps, and Azure services.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms in Power Platform.
• Ability to extend Power Platform solutions using Azure Functions, C#, or custom connectors.
• Solid understanding of databases and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and the Azure platform.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 1 day per month in the Katowice office.

• Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, integrations) based on business requirements, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations.
• Develop solution designs with a strong focus on usability and user-centricity, continuously improving user experience and adoption across the application lifecycle.
• Ensure quality and maintainability by applying best practices such as robust error handling, modular design, clean architecture, and testing.
• Collaborate with architects and other teams to ensure alignment on architecture, integration patterns, and platform standards.
