Senior Java Developer

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Java development (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration using REST and SOAP services.
• Good understanding of SQL and experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and development tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and ORM technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring technologies.
• Write clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code following established engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams on the delivery of global technology initiatives.
• Contribute to reducing technical debt, improving application security, and enhancing platform reliability and resilience.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment and operational activities when required.
• Drive automation initiatives and help introduce new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and engineering processes.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
