Learning Content Experience Specialist

• 3–5 years of experience in Instructional Design or training content creation
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline / Rise 360
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects)
• Experience with Camtasia or similar video tools
• Knowledge of training design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex processes
• Advanced English language skills (C1)

• Creating training materials: e-learning modules, presentations, instructional materials, and quick reference guides
• Designing "Day in the Life" training scenarios based on technical processes
• Producing multimedia content including video recordings, voice-overs, and simulations
• Co-developing and maintaining a knowledge management repository
• Supporting Business Product Owners with content preparation and editing tasks
