Senior Frontend React Developer

Verita HR is an international company providing recruitment support within Fintech, Finance and Banking markets in EMEA. They connect innovative organizations with top talent and conduct systematic market research to stay ahead in the digital recruitment space.

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries such as shadcn/ui or Radix UI.
• Proven experience building real-time or streaming user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of client-side state management and modern frontend architecture.
• Strong AI development experience, including daily use of AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience integrating streaming AI APIs, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or SSE-based LLM solutions.
• Previous experience working on chat, messaging, or AI-driven applications.

• Develop and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for real-time chat experiences.
• Implement streaming and real-time UI functionality.
• Manage complex client-side state and asynchronous data flows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, code quality, and best practices.
• Optimize performance and usability across the application.

Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw.
