Engineering Data Specialist (F/M)

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o., operating in the aerospace industry, is hiring for a role focused on configuration management and rationalization of standardized components and materials used in helicopter programs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field
• Technical experience with handling standard parts in industry or configuration management is a plus
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or related industries
• Experience in small to medium project management
• Ability to communicate clearly via mail and phone
• Dutifulness and negotiation skills
• Agile mindset
• Language proficiency: Polish (proficient), English (upper-intermediate B2); knowledge of French or German (intermediate B1) is advantageous

• Manage requests for material replacement due to obsolescence, rationalization, or cleaning
• Prepare technical comparison documents for change requests with support from specialists
• Prepare data for helicopter program change boards (configuration management)
• Manage SAP database after request validation
• Interface with production and support & service departments applying replacements
• Initiate and participate in rationalization projects for new developments
• Periodic travel to cooperate with stakeholders in France and Germany
