Video Sales Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract) (English)

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The role is based in Central Eastern Europe and focuses on driving business growth through advertising solutions, particularly in video and display media.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (search, social, mobile, display, video).
• 5 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing sales materials.
• 5 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with local or global brands and media agencies.
• Experience with reach based selling.
• Knowledge of AV/TV and digital video landscape.
• Ability to develop executive-level relationships with advertisers and agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial skills.

• Lead Video strategy and execution across key CEE markets, focusing on branding budget investments.
• Drive YouTube Reach and Frequency strategy aligned with client business objectives.
• Deliver transformational customer work to grow media investments across Display and Video.
• Develop the ecosystem by leading external training, events, and publications on ROI and measurement.
• Represent Google's perspective on video performance to Google's largest clients in CEE.
