Wymagania
- Higher education, preferably in finance, banking, or IT
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing projects in retail or corporate banking, especially client migrations and new banking services
- Experience working with IT production teams and multiple stakeholders at the IT-business interface
- Experience working with board members and Big 4 consulting firms
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by certificates or postgraduate studies
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Developed communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Orderliness, precision, and good work organization
- Analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly and independently under time pressure
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to projects and responsibility for assigned tasks

- Manage projects according to best practices and standards, including risk, change, resource, stakeholder, and supplier management
- Manage project teams and coordinate team work
- Ensure effective communication within the project team, organize, conduct, and moderate project status meetings
- Prepare presentations and status reports showing project progress
- Oversee project documentation and manage project quality
- Create project documentation
