Senior Fullstack Consultant (Java & React)

GFT Poland is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to work on modern applications supporting critical business processes. The role involves collaboration with product, platform, and security teams in an Agile environment.

• 4-5 years of commercial experience in fullstack software development using Java
• Hands-on experience with Java 11+ and Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or backend services
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience building frontend applications with React or a similar framework
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software delivery processes
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications
• Experience working with Kubernetes
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, MQ, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• DevOps mindset and interest in automation
• Experience working with JSON, XML, and system integrations
• Exposure to production support and incident resolution
• Experience building and maintaining high-scale applications and services

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications
• Build and evolve backend services and REST APIs
• Develop user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in system and architecture design discussions
• Deliver features through CI/CD pipelines
• Write clean, maintainable code with automated tests
• Review code and ensure engineering best practices
• Support production systems and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, platform, and security
