Senior Cloud Consultant

GFT Poland is hiring for a Senior DevOps Engineer role focused on building and maintaining modern cloud platforms supporting business-critical applications and services.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Strong experience working with Kubernetes environments (GKE, AKS, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Good Linux administration skills
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices
• Basic understanding of monitoring, logging, and operational support
• Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ansible, Packer, or other infrastructure automation tools
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments
• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (GCP, Azure, AWS, CKA, CKAD, etc.)
• Understanding of networking and cloud security fundamentals
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
• Familiarity with SRE principles and production environment support
• Knowledge of databases and storage solutions, including PostgreSQL
• Experience working in regulated environments such as finance or banking

• Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure and platforms
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery
• Support the full lifecycle from development to production operations
• Ensure system reliability, availability and performance
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with engineering, platform and business teams
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Support production environments and resolve issues
• Continuously improve infrastructure, tooling and DevOps practices
