(Senior) Product Manager (f/m/n)

Required:

• 2–3 years of experience building high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for scale with a bias for outcomes and long-term value creation.
• Deep understanding of business strategy and ability to translate it into product decisions and metrics.
• Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
• Strong multitasking skills and effectiveness in dynamic, cross-functional setups.

AI & Technology Fluency:

• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts as applied to product development, feature building, and user experience.
• Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation platforms) to improve delivery speed, research quality, or documentation.
• Ability to work with technical teams to scope, build, and iterate on AI-enhanced product capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing and influencing a global team of stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, marketplace, or merchant-facing products.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and integration-heavy product environments.

• Shape the product vision and long-term strategy for Merchant Services, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life decisions.
• Create and own a strategic product roadmap for cross-functional development teams, defining success metrics and accountability.
• Lead teams to deliver business impact by launching and optimizing products that improve user experience and generate scalable gains.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their businesses and co-develop solutions that drive growth, improve marketing efficiency, and increase automation.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and internal partners to envision, build, and deliver products alongside engineering counterparts.
• Establish collaborative, trusting relationships with peers and manage senior stakeholders with managerial support.
• Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope, and priorities of business objectives to enable informed decision-making.
• Apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, documentation, prioritization, and delivery, and identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into product features to enhance merchant and user experiences.
