gTech Ads is responsible for support and media and technical services for customers across Google's Ad products stack. The team provides services ranging from self-help and in-product support to complex technical and measurement solutions and consultative support for large customers. They partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and client experience globally.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions.
  • 1 year of experience in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Polish to support client relationship management.
  • Preferred: Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media industry.
  • Preferred: Experience managing digital advertising campaigns at scale with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of advertising industry and online marketing tactics and strategies.
  • Preferred: Ability to build compelling narratives using data and insights.
  • Preferred: Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions.

Obowiązki

  • Drive decision-making and thought-leadership with Sales to enable business and performance growth through systematic interventions.
  • Ensure the client portfolio sustains effective business growth.
  • Serve as the go-to-person and subject matter expert in the region and business model.
  • Elevate multi-quarter projects by pitching new proposals and leading project planning, groups, and execution.
  • Support the Management team in Culture for the Customer Support Agent (CSA) team by providing coaching or mentorship.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders in driving critical Business Discipline activities like Workflow, Pipeline, Vendor Utilization, Product activation, and People Pillars.
  • Develop advanced frameworks and customer solutions based on Marketing Objectives grounded in High Quality Leads and High Value Sales.
  • Help activate these solutions with the right customers for long-term trust and value.
  • Identify opportunities to scale solutions across businesses and markets.
