gTech Ads is responsible for support and media and technical services for customers across Google's entire Ad products stack. The team provides a range of services from self-help and in-product support to complex technical and measurement solutions and consultative support for large customers. They partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and enhance client experience globally.
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions.
- 1 year of experience in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.
- Fluency in German and English to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns at scale with a focus on performance marketing.
- Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media-specific industry.
- Knowledge of digital advertising industry and traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
- Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients using data and insights.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions supported by internal teams.
Obowiązki
- Complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Strategists to determine optimal support for client portfolios.
- Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools to offer solutions for clients' business issues.
- Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights for clients.
- Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
- Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers.
- Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
Benefity
- Salary range in Poland: 164,000 - 169,000 PLN plus 15% bonus target.
