Senior Data Engineer with GCP

apreel Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to develop modern data & analytics solutions within the Google Cloud Platform environment. The role involves building scalable data pipelines and working with serverless and workflow orchestration technologies.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Strong knowledge of BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage
• Experience with Cloud Composer / Apache Airflow
• Proficient in Python
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, data transformations, and data quality validation
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
• Knowledge of data engineering solution architectures

Nice to have:

• Experience in enterprise data modeling
• Experience in analytical projects or data platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and DataOps

• Designing and developing data pipelines in the GCP environment
• Building and optimizing ETL/ELT processes
• Working with BigQuery data warehouse and optimizing SQL queries
• Creating serverless solutions using Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
• Integrating data from various sources and automating processes
• Orchestrating workflows using Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow)
• Managing data ingestion processes and Cloud Storage
