Solution Architect (Compliance / Legal Operations)

AVENGA is recruiting for a pharmaceutical company seeking a Solution Architect experienced in Legal and Compliance IT solutions. The role involves working on Legal Operations and Compliance projects using cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.

• Deep expertise and business knowledge in Legal & Compliance area
• At least 7 years of relevant IT experience designing and implementing Legal Operations technology solutions
• Expertise with SaaS solutions and vendors
• Practical experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud
• Knowledge of middleware architecture and ESB/EAI-based integration
• Experience creating architectural documentation (e.g., UML)
• Expertise in multiple technology domains including Cloud, Automation, Data, AI
• Broad understanding of integration, security, infrastructure, and DevOps layers
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Ability to develop and articulate vision for technology domains
• Ability to understand long-term and short-term perspectives
• Experience working in multicultural and international environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with MuleSoft

• Design and develop architecture of solutions supporting Legal Operations and Compliance
• Analyze and integrate SaaS solutions with the organization's IT ecosystem
• Collaborate with business and technical teams
• Participate in projects related to cloud, security, and enterprise integration
• Architect a robust digital backbone for legal operations integrating with corporate IT landscape
• Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards
• Lead and control cross-solution architecture design discussions with developers, vendors, partners, and design authorities
• Review existing architectures for continuous improvement and technical debt management
• Research, evaluate, and conduct proof of concepts for new solutions
• Design non-functional requirements and evaluate vendor capabilities
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture
• Create and maintain Solution Architecture documentation
• Partner with Product Managers and Enterprise Architect to establish high-level solution intent
