Application Support Engineer Internship Program (ITIL, SQL, Scripting ) (He/She/They)

• Availability to work from the Łódź office 2–3 days per week.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as TypeScript and Python.

Nice to have:

• Experience in any kind of employment.
• Experience in direct contact with customers.
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
• Active student status or a technical degree with the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

• Help maintain various applications on behalf of clients, ensuring functionality throughout migration processes.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to enhance technical skills.
• Document projects and changes to support effective project management.
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to address application issues.

Candidates must be available to work from the Łódź office 2–3 days per week. The internship requires excellent English communication skills.
