• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or business equivalent.
• 5 years of experience within sales and marketing.
• Experience working with sales teams in tech or software companies.
• Demonstrated success in sales engineering or sales enablement.
• Exposure to healthcare/life-sciences industry to understand client needs.
• Demonstrated track record of innovative thinking.
• Strong planning, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Professional presence.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Serves as primary point-of-contact for assigned product lines to field personnel and Business Unit leaders to improve commercial success and ensure timely sales forecast submissions.
• Follows processes for forecasting, financial modeling, and tracking/reporting on marketing programs.
• Provides analysis of marketing studies and schemes to management and sales force to inform future strategy.
• Communicates customer feedback to Product & Marketing teams.
• Supports strategic proposals and presentations with the Commercial Enablement team.
• May serve as global support interface to specialty Sales resources within Business Units.
• Builds or procures sales resources and ensures their effective utilization.
• Shares knowledge of prospects and clients with the sales audience.
• Provides training.
