ITDS is hiring for a mid-level Mainframe Automation Engineer role focused on IBM System Automation in Krakow.

• Experience with Incident management and problem management.
• Knowledge of Change Management and ITIL framework.
• Proficiency in IBM z/OS and Mainframe Systems.
• Familiarity with OPS/MVS and Netview.
• Skills in IBM System Automation.
• Ability to write and maintain REXX scripts.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• Manage incidents and problem resolution in mainframe environments.
• Implement and maintain IBM System Automation solutions.
• Apply change management processes according to ITIL framework.
• Utilize REXX scripting for automation tasks.
• Operate and support Mainframe Systems including IBM z/OS, OPS/MVS, and Netview.
