Junior Technical Support Engineer (Power BI)

• 1-3 years of experience in support, QA, SaaS, or similar technical role
• Basic experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Knowledge of CRM/enterprise systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Basic understanding of C# or Python
• Understanding of SQL databases
• Experience with APIs or integrations (nice to have)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-facing experience and willingness to work shifts

• 1st/2nd line support for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Troubleshooting issues in applications, workflows, and integrations
• Supporting low-code solutions and basic automation development
• Working with APIs, connectors, and Dataverse
• Assisting in deployments, releases, and environment management
• Collaborating with users and technical teams to resolve incidents
• Documenting fixes and support processes
