Staff Software Engineer, AppHub

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (preferred).
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction (preferred).
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects (preferred).

• Provide technical leadership on projects.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
• Lead a team of software engineers, make direct technical contributions, and provide guidance through technical choices.
• Own the overall design, architecture, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and partner teams to define goals and drive the roadmap.
