Obowiązki
- Manage a team of analysts to meet daily SLAs/KPIs
- Provide coaching and career counseling to team members
- Enforce core values and ensure team engagement
- Align team goals with leadership expectations
- Communicate clear objectives and manage workload assignments
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, daily huddles, weekly wrap-ups, and monthly team meetings
- Oversee workflow execution and adherence to processes
- Act as primary contact for workflow-related questions and escalations
- Monitor operational risks and communicate to leadership and clients
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert and shadow agents to identify improvements
- Manage ad-hoc operational projects and process improvements
- Identify and communicate improvement opportunities
- Interface with other teams, delivery leads, and client teams
- Provide performance feedback and receive proposals from team members
- Develop and administer team schedules and track leaves
- Collaborate with recruitment for candidate selection and onboarding support
