Senior SAP ABAP Developer

The bank is known for pioneering innovations such as the first credit card in Poland, brokerage office launch, biometric applications, and account opening via selfie. It actively engages in modern technologies including AI, automation, mobile apps, biometrics, Big Data, data science, and system architecture.

• Very good knowledge of ABAP including OO classes, enhancements, WebDynpro components, and PDF form handling.
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY).
• Experience with complex client solutions: custom infotypes, extensive client tables, numerous reports, client schema functions.
• Ability to design and implement payroll solutions based on ZUS, work regulations, company-specific components, and complex logics like overtime splits, capitalization, grossing up, individual taxes, PIT/RMUA.
• Experience implementing complex regulatory changes (Labor Code, MAR, KNF, GUS).
• Very good understanding of payroll schema logic (PCR, functions, operations).
• Experience with integrations: designing REST/SOAP, PI/PO integrations, building new interfaces (employees, structure, absences).
• Ability to conduct end-to-end analysis and design complete client solutions.
• Good knowledge of SAPUI5 / Fiori.
• Nice to have: experience with eTeczka/ScanFlow, SuccessFactors (EC, RMK, LMS), and payroll BW.

• Designing and implementing new HCM solutions (personnel, payroll, working time, organization).
• Creating custom payroll schema functions for the bank.
• Architecting and deploying complex integrations with external systems.
• Optimizing algorithms, processing times, and data quality.
• Developing the Fiori (UI5) platform.
• Providing technological supervision and substantive support to the HR solutions team.
• Designing and implementing reporting solutions (control, GUS, PIT, RMUA, registry).
• Participating in architectural changes such as SAP RISE and SAP Success Factors.

Work location: Warsaw, Poland with flexible hybrid remote work (1 day per month in office). English communication skills required for technical documentation. Contract duration until December 2026. Start date ASAP or within 2 weeks, latest by August 1, 2026.
