DLP Analyst Expert

The company has a long-standing partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, engaging over 200 personnel in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider. The client emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with daily English language exposure.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar DLP-related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Experience investigating Data Leakage Prevention incidents in a banking environment
• Experience preparing Cyber Security Reports in data protection

Nice to have:

• Information Security related certification (e.g., CISSP)
• Good knowledge of incident response and investigation in DLP
• Good understanding of Business Intelligence matters and toolset
• Ability to develop and maintain incident response plans, procedures, and playbooks
• Knowledge of defining, measuring, and mitigating data leakage risks in banking
• Very good data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Good understanding of Information Technologies and IT Service Management

• Investigate and respond to DLP security incidents
• Provide Business Intelligence reporting based on DLP
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify and resolve security incidents and create meaningful reports
• Conduct data protection awareness and communication campaigns
• Coordinate with other security teams and stakeholders to finalize investigations and improve DLP processes
• Prepare detailed reports on DLP security incidents, including root cause analysis, impact assessment, risk exposure, and mitigation proposals
• Perform usual DLP Team business activities
