Business Project Manager (f/m/x)

Sii is a company with multiple office locations in Poland including Kraków, Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Katowice, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Rzeszów, Szczecin, and Wrocław.

• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management across global organizations
• Experience steering cross-regional teams and coordinating distributed stakeholders
• Managing aggressive schedules, critical dependencies, and high-innovation workstreams
• Delivering to defined scope, budget, and quality parameters
• Strong understanding of technology fundamentals (infrastructure, platforms, digital solutions)
• Excellent command of project governance, risk/issue management, and structured reporting
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business implications for executive audiences
• Proficiency in English for business communication

• Plan and coordinate project execution in line with business goals
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Monitor progress and report project status to stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks and project issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure effective communication and high-quality deliverables
