gTech Ads is responsible for support and media and technical services for customers across Google's entire Ad products stack. The team provides services ranging from self-help and in-product support to complex technical and measurement solutions and consultative support for large customers. They partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and enhance client experience globally.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions.
  • 1 year of experience in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English to support client relationship management across regions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns at scale with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media-specific industry.
  • Knowledge of the digital/traditional advertising industry and contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Knowledge of Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Ukrainian languages.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients using data and insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions supported by internal teams.

Obowiązki

  • Drive across markets, customers, and stakeholders through problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, delivering an excellent experience to Google's clients.
  • Pioneer advanced frameworks and customer solutions (MO based solutions based on HQL/HVS) and help activate these with the right customers for long-term trust and value; look at opportunities to scale these across businesses and markets.
  • Act as a go-to-person and subject matter expert in your region/business model.
  • Elevate complex multi-quarter projects by pitching/suggesting new proposals and lead project planning, project groups and execution.
  • Support the Management team in advocating culture for the CSA team, providing coaching or mentorship to the wider team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders in driving critical business discipline activities like workflow, pipeline, vendor utilization, product activation, and people pillars.
