• Fluency in English
• University degree in business, law, or IT studies
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, insurance, or transformation project support
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and presentation
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-country teams
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organisational skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in P&C insurance

• Supporting the implementation of global claims transformation projects and best practice rollouts
• Preparing high-quality analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Assisting in the development of tools, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and impact
• Coordinating with local claims teams to ensure consistent adoption of Group standards
• Contributing to process reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement across markets
