• Fluency in business English
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, or Compensation
• Strong stakeholder orientation and communication skills, including ability to present complex operational or architectural topics clearly
• Analytical thinking and experience with concept work related to complex IT and application environments
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, development, and technical architecture
• Goal-oriented approach and willingness to continuously learn
• Strong planning, organizational, negotiation, and mediation skills

• Owning and managing a defined functional or technical scope within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape as part of a product management team
• Collaborating with the Business Product Owner in a shared responsibility model
• Managing business requirements and advising stakeholders to support business strategy execution
• Driving implementation of changes, enhancements, and releases including coordination of design, testing, deployment, and stakeholder sign-off
• Being responsible for the full lifecycle of the product and related services, including defining operational processes, KPIs, service levels, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
• Planning and aligning the product roadmap with business objectives, including technical or security-related enhancements
• Initiating and managing change initiatives or projects, planning and executing product releases, and overseeing formal sign-off processes
• Ensuring secure and stable operation of the product in production through testing and monitoring
• Managing the product budget and overseeing third-party service providers, including procurement and vendor relationship management
• Applying standard IT service management processes such as incident, problem, and change management using internal tools and platforms
