Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

• Completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and core services including networking, compute, storage, and identity.
• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and working with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform, or ARM).
• Strong understanding of Azure networking concepts including DNS, Private Link, VPN, routing, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience with containerization and deployment patterns using Docker and cloud-native services such as App Services or Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools including Application Insights, Log Analytics, and KQL.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and/or Bash.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluent English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with .NET applications and Azure Functions.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of Grafana and advanced monitoring solutions.
• Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
• German language skills.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML for automated deployments.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and Azure-native services.
• Operate and optimize Azure platforms for performance, cost efficiency, and availability.
• Design and support Azure networking solutions including DNS, Private Endpoints, Private Link, and VPN connectivity.
• Implement secure cloud architectures using managed identities, least-privilege access, and secure integration patterns.
• Monitor platform health using Application Insights, Log Analytics, and observability tooling; support incident response.
• Collaborate with developers, customers, and vendors to integrate applications, coordinate changes, and resolve issues.
• Drive security, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives; act as a technical advisor on cloud and infrastructure topics.
