Oracle Cloud / Fusion Finance Functional Consultant (Poland Localisation)

• Proven Oracle Cloud / Fusion Finance functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience in Poland localisation.
• Strong end-to-end implementation exposure (minimum 3 projects).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

• Work on Oracle Fusion Finance implementations with a focus on Poland localization requirements.
• Participate in at least 3 full end-to-end implementation projects.
• Provide strong functional expertise across Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Expense Management.
• Lead and contribute to solution design workshops, translating business requirements and process flows into Oracle application solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements and best practices.
• Support testing cycles and deliver effective end-user training sessions.
