Product Lead - GenAI & RPA

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for the LPP Group, supporting brands like Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, and Sinsay. Their technologies are used daily by millions of users, enhancing customer satisfaction and online transaction volumes.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar role
• Experience managing technology teams and developing specialist competencies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Ability to build product vision, roadmap, and manage priorities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Understanding of software development and product lifecycle
• Interest in Generative AI, AI agents, and business process automation
• Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of modern AI models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Self-driven with goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in diverse environments and build business partnerships
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and international suppliers

Nice to have:

• Experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects
• Knowledge of RPA solutions (UiPath, Power Platform, or similar)
• Experience building products using LLM models
• Understanding of business processes related to office work automation

• Manage products and initiatives in GenAI and RPA throughout the entire lifecycle, from business needs identification to implementation and development
• Co-create product development strategy and build a long-term vision for AI and automation
• Manage teams responsible for GenAI and RPA solutions and support their growth
• Manage product backlog and prioritize portfolio initiatives
• Plan short- and long-term team work and ensure timely goal achievement
• Define product vision, MVP, and subsequent development stages
• Conduct product discovery and identify new AI and automation application areas
• Create product roadmaps and report progress
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technological solutions
• Optimize existing processes and identify new opportunities for GenAI and RPA use
• Monitor product effectiveness and recommend further development directions
• Present project results and new product concepts
