Sii is hiring a Product Owner for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, responsible for commercial processes and data management across multiple markets and regions.

Wymagania

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing processes
  • Understanding of platform capabilities, administration concepts, environment management, and end-to-end solution lifecycle management
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a platform owner or product owner role
  • Highly process-oriented with experience in commercial process design, implementation, and change management
  • Experience building and managing high-performing product/solution teams with backlog management and delivery governance
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with functional descriptions, feature design, and service design methodologies
  • Excellent practical English skills
  • Fluent in Polish
  • Residing in Poland

  • Prioritise improvement initiatives and backlog
  • Define requirements/user stories for process/platform improvements
  • Coordinate development tasks, testing, and implementation
  • Develop proposals and business cases for new projects
  • Obtain approvals for new projects
  • Own and drive process development/improvement projects
