Sii is hiring a Product Owner for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, responsible for commercial processes and data management across multiple markets and regions.
Wymagania
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing processes
- Understanding of platform capabilities, administration concepts, environment management, and end-to-end solution lifecycle management
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a platform owner or product owner role
- Highly process-oriented with experience in commercial process design, implementation, and change management
- Experience building and managing high-performing product/solution teams with backlog management and delivery governance
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with functional descriptions, feature design, and service design methodologies
- Excellent practical English skills
- Fluent in Polish
- Residing in Poland
Obowiązki
- Review new ideation for process/platform improvements
- Prioritise improvement initiatives and backlog
- Define requirements/user stories for process/platform improvements
- Coordinate development tasks, testing, and implementation
- Develop proposals and business cases for new projects
- Obtain approvals for new projects
- Own and drive process development/improvement projects
