• Fluency in English.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in technically complex and dynamic environments, ideally in global Finance/Insurance or regulated industries.
• Strong skills in project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation.
• Ability to lead projects under a unified lens without compromising business outcomes and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing diverse stakeholder interests.
• Ability to create meaningful reports and summarize project health for stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to manage and track project costs and budgets to agreed baselines.
• Capability to drive functional and geographic workstreams and coordinate unified delivery.
• Consulting and collaborative working style fostering accountability and sharing.
• Openness to developing less experienced project managers and building high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.

• Run and manage multiple complex projects with budgets of approximately £1m - £2m using formal project management techniques.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements, and stay within agreed budgets.
• Create project charters defining scope, budget, resources, schedule, approach, and work sequencing.
• Drive project delivery with consistency, efficiency, and success, ensuring compliance and smooth transition to production.
• Manage vendor relationships and resource utilization, minimizing external resource use and ensuring timely onboarding/offboarding.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and act as the key project contact.
• Identify issues and risks, analyze options, manage impacts, and take appropriate actions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and report progress against milestones and budgets, providing transparent communication to management and leadership.
• Track and manage all project costs, including contracts and resource assignments, ensuring accurate forecasts in SAP and Clarity.
• Coordinate completion of documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, lifecycle steps, and compliance gates timely.
