Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts
- Familiarity with VPN networks
- Willingness to develop and deepen IT knowledge
- Analytical thinking skills
- Communicative and independent
- Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
- Communicative English language skills
- Experience with AI tools leading to measurable time savings and quality improvements
Obowiązki
- Provide local and remote IT support to company employees, including in English
- Maintain IT systems on an ongoing basis
- Administer the local area network (LAN)
