Administrator Asana (f/m/x)

Sii is a company operating in multiple Polish cities, offering IT services and projects for prestigious global brands. The role involves working with the Asana platform for project management and process optimization.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, configuration, or implementation of Asana or similar work and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp)
• Practical knowledge of Asana, especially in workflows, automations, forms, and reporting
• Knowledge of project management processes, scheduling, and task dependencies
• Experience working with REST API and basic knowledge of system integrations
• Ability to create or modify scripts in Python or JavaScript (Node.js)
• Independence, analytical thinking, and effective collaboration with business stakeholders
• Good command of English enabling communication in an international environment
• Required to reside in Poland and fluent in Polish

• Designing, configuring, and developing the Asana environment (Business / Enterprise)
• Creating and optimizing projects, templates, forms, custom fields, and workflows
• Implementing and developing automations using Asana Rules and other tools
• Configuring and maintaining integrations with external systems using API, webhooks, and scripts
• Participating in data migration, especially from Microsoft Project to Asana, including mapping structures and dependencies
• Collaborating with business users to analyze needs, optimize processes, and support users

Candidates must reside in Poland and have fluent Polish language skills.
