• Experience in roles such as Presales, Solution Architect, technical-business consultant, or similar.
• Ability to combine technical perspective with business and operational client requirements.
• Experience designing complex solutions involving multiple vendors or technological areas.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and the role of presales in achieving business objectives.
• Ability to conduct technical-business discussions with clients and collaborate with sales teams.

• Practical knowledge of the ICT vendor market and ability to select vendors to meet Business Client needs.

Connectivity / Network Services:

• Data transmission services (MPLS, Internet, VPN, SD-WAN).
• Designing links and network architecture for B2B and enterprise clients.
• Understanding SLA, QoS, redundancy, and high availability.

Data Center & Cloud:

• Data center solutions (colocation, on-premises/hybrid infrastructure).
• Public, private, and hybrid cloud (IaaS, PaaS).

Voice & Unified Communications:

• Voice solutions IP PBX, Unified Communications.

• Support sales processes for Business Clients (B2B) by designing and recommending tailored ICT solutions.
• Actively participate in client meetings to identify business and technical needs and define the value of proposed solutions.
• Translate business and operational client needs into comprehensive technological solution concepts (Presales 360).
• Design technical and architectural concepts in cooperation with sales teams, architects, and delivery.
• Select technologies and ICT vendors in areas such as connectivity, data center, cloud, voice/Unified Communications, and cybersecurity.
• Prepare presales materials including offers, presentations, scopes of work, estimations, and technical-business documentation.
• Collaborate with product lines, technical teams, and vendors to refine proposed solutions.
• Ensure consistency of proposed solutions with applicable standards, architecture, and organizational strategy.
• Participate in developing and standardizing presales processes and best practices for ICT solution design.
• Report to the Presales Team Leader and support the team in achieving business goals.
