Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing)

AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448) is hiring for a Senior Business Analyst role supporting an Enterprise Recipe Management initiative in manufacturing, focusing on pharmaceutical, life sciences, or GxP-regulated environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Functional Architect and/or Business Analyst in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or GxP-regulated environments.
• Hands-on understanding of product recipe design and parameter definition within manufacturing systems such as PLM, MES, LIMS, or ERP.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, relational data structures, and reporting systems.
• Proven experience in system integration projects involving SAP S/4HANA, ELN, MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English.

• Identify business opportunities and pre-assess their value, size, and dependencies to support business case creation.
• Design and document user requirements and process flows related to recipe management systems, integrations across MES, LIMS, ERP, and PLM systems, and reporting capabilities while ensuring GxP compliance and data interoperability.
• Create functional specifications, architecture decision records, and technical documentation for system configurations, integration solutions, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of architecture, data flows, and system capabilities.
• Identify relevant Generative AI/ML use cases within a manufacturing environment and support their implementation.

Workload: 80–100% FTE. Location / Timezone: CET or NALA time zone (availability between 3–7 PM CET required). Start date: ASAP. End date: 31 December 2026 (extension possible).
