Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Finance & Insurance Client

• 3–5 years delivering end-to-end ML/LLM projects, from data preparation to production
• Expert-level Python and strong software engineering fundamentals
• Solid MLOps experience across the ML product lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, preferably PydanticAI, also LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure, ideally with MS AI Foundry or MosaicAI
• English fluency for client-facing work

• Design and build ML and LLM-driven applications, focusing on RAG and workflow automation
• Architect agent-based AI solutions including planning, tool usage, memory management, and multi-agent coordination
• Develop models combining classical ML (LightGBM, XGBoost, Scikit-learn) with LLMs for generative tasks
• Build evaluation frameworks including offline/online testing and human-in-the-loop feedback loops
• Integrate AI models securely with internal APIs, databases, and SaaS systems
• Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and product managers on production-ready features
