Senior AI/ML Software Engineer – Language Models & Cloud Platforms

The role is with a leading technology team developing flagship AI and ML projects within the Credit & Lending sector, focusing on financial innovation through advanced language models and data-driven solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML software development focused on language models and NLP.
• Strong proficiency in Python (3+ years) and Java.
• Experience with FastAPI, Langchain, SpringDat frameworks, and databases including PostgreSQL, vector, and key-value stores like Redis.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, observability, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GCP Cloud Build).
• Practical experience with LLM architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, GCP), deep learning, NLP, and machine learning principles.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with TDD and BDD.
• Understanding of domain-specific applications of large language models.

Eligibility:

• Legal right to work in the European Union is required.

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) for credit and lending use cases.
• Develop and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of AI solutions from problem discovery to deployment and maintenance.
• Apply AI best practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align development with strategic goals.
• Write, test, and maintain reusable code using cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.
• Co-author technical solution architectures and oversee product operation in production environments.
