Wymagania
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales and business development within IT Engineering Outsourcing or IT recruitment
- Solid understanding of the current IT market, including IT profiles, roles, and key challenges
- Outstanding communication skills to expand network and secure new contacts
- Ability to work independently while being a dedicated team player
- Fluency in Polish and English (communicative level)
Nice to have:
- Experience in client relationship management within the IT sector
- Additional certifications in sales or business development

- Drive business growth by proactively identifying opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Build positive, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients through understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions
- Leverage network, industry knowledge, and market insights to generate new business leads
- Develop and implement innovative business strategies to meet sales targets and support expansion efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by analyzing challenges, providing recommendations, and guiding next steps
- Manage consultants to ensure client satisfaction and mitigate potential risks
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and actively participate in sales meetings to support pipeline development
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives
