Senior Python & Backend Engineer – Manufacturing Encryption Systems

The role is for a leading company in the manufacturing industry, focusing on building software applications and deploying them on Windows and Linux servers. The position is part of the Global Process Engineering team, responsible for encryption infrastructure in production lines.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT, automation, software, or electronics engineering.
• Proficiency in IP networking, computer systems, and databases.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Python and C++.
• Ability to identify risks and propose practical system improvements.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Fluent English for communication and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of application development and backend support in Windows and Linux environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge or experience related to PKI systems development.

• Develop and maintain Python backend components for production encryption workflows.
• Create and enhance Windows applications using existing software modules.
• Support and improve Node.js/Express frontend JavaScript functionality.
• Design and implement CI/CD automation workflows and contribute to test development.
• Support Windows scripting and deployment, including Batch scripts and Windows Services.
• Troubleshoot Python, JavaScript, and C++ code to identify and resolve issues.
• Identify potential system problems and propose solutions to protect production continuity.
• Manage and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud systems (AWS and Azure), focusing on servers, networks, and VPN connections.
