Senior IT Architect

Our client is an organization focused on delivering business-critical solutions through private cloud and Azure.

• At least 5 years of experience in architecture/design and integration of enterprise solutions.
• Strong ability to design and integrate complex, secure, high-performance corporate systems.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture workshops, best practices, tools, and approaches.
• Experience with microservices and DDD design patterns.
• Practical programming experience in C# or Java with the ability to read code.
• Experience creating system models and using architecture design tools.
• Experience delivering high-level design (HLD), feasibility studies, and defining integration flows.
• Communicative skills in Polish and English for collaboration and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture management methods and frameworks.
• Experience with ElasticSearch, Kafka, Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with banking systems.

• Design and review architecture for complex, high-performance, and secure corporate systems, both internally built and externally integrated.
• Lead architectural coordination across technology project teams including analysts, developers, DevOps, security architects, infrastructure, users, and software vendors.
• Identify technology needs and participate in initiatives to improve security, efficiency, and reliability of solutions.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, documentation, and high-level design deliverables.
• Apply microservices patterns and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to guide scalable solution design.
• Support cloud decision-making with cloud-agnostic thinking, translating requirements into practical architecture choices.
• Prepare architecture documentation for high-level design and RFP/architectural requirements.
• Act as an intellectual and technical authority, communicating, negotiating, and defending architectural decisions at various levels.
